Shipping & Handling

Our current turnaround time in 3-7 business days.

• *business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays
• All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail and include a tracking number. (US & Canada Only).
• First class mail usually takes 1-4 business days for the US and about 1-2 weeks for Canada. 

International Shipping:

• All shipping outside the US is via USPS first class international mail and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery. 
• PLEASE understand that we cannot track a package once it leaves the US. If you would like to track your package outside the US, registered mail is available upon request for an additional charge.

LPL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact USPS prior to contacting us for assistance.

• *If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your jewelry for a return or replacement.

Upgrades include express shipping and insurance upon request for an additional shipping charge.
