Warranty and Return Policy

At LPL Creations, we take pride in handcrafting every piece with care, quality materials, and a touch of elegance. We want you to absolutely love your purchase—but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned

To initiate a return or exchange:
Please email us at info@lplcreations.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, ship your item to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for items over $75.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you confirmation and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company (posting delays are common)

  • Next, check with your bank

  • Still no refund? Email us at info@lplcreations.com


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received. If it wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we’ll issue the refund to the original purchaser.


🛡️ 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

We stand by our craftsmanship. All LPL Creations jewelry is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Covered Under Warranty:

  • Broken clasps or chains

  • Loose pearls, gemstones, or crystals

  • Plating that fades or peels under normal use

Not Covered:

  • Damage from water, sweat, perfume, or harsh chemicals

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Custom alterations or third-party repairs

If an issue covered under warranty occurs within 12 months, we’ll gladly repair or replace the item at no cost. If your piece is no longer available, we may offer store credit or a comparable replacement.

To request a warranty repair:

Send an email to info@lplcreations.com with:

  • Your name and order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Repairs requested after 1 year may be available for a small fee. We’re happy to assist in extending the life of your jewelry!

To help your jewelry stay beautiful:

  • Avoid water, lotions, and perfumes

  • Remove before exercising or swimming

  • Store in a dry pouch or soft cloth bag
