📆 Processing Time

Our current turnaround time is 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Each piece is made or prepared with care to ensure quality before shipping.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. & Canada)

  • All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and include tracking.

  • U.S. Delivery Time: 1–4 business days after shipment

  • Canada Delivery Time: Approximately 1–2 weeks

🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide using USPS First Class International Mail

  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your country

  • 📌 Please note: tracking is not available once the package leaves the U.S.

    • Registered mail with international tracking is available upon request for an additional charge.

🚨 Important Notes

  • LPL Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS for assistance if a package issue arises.

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or replacement.

  • Shipping upgrades, including express shipping and insurance, are available upon request for an additional fee.
